Porsche 911 Carrera (991.2) Y-Pipe

Introducing do88's custom-designed Y-pipe for the Porsche 911 Carrera (991.2). This high-performance Y-pipe will significantly boost the performance of your Carrera!

• The Y-pipe is designed for installation together with the do88 Porsche 911 Carrera (991.2) Intercooler kit MERA. It can also be used with the original intercooler hoses, but this requires the hoses to be heated and lubricated in order to be installed correctly onto the Y-pipe.
• Featuring a noticeably larger diameter that offers drastically improved flow - a full 12%!
• Constructed from 54mm mandrel-bent aluminum pipes.
• Elegantly designed cast collector part.
• A smooth interior surface optimizing air flow.
• Delivered as a complete kit with silicone hoses and hose clamps.
• CNC-machined (2x) 1/8 NPT connections, perfect for methanol injection or as outlets for example boost pressure sensor.
• Two 1/8 NPT plugs are included if you don't use the ports.

During the development phase, do88 dedicated a significant amount of time to determine the most efficient design for the Y-pipe. This final product is a result of our careful considerations and intense development work! do88's pipe combines optimal flow and lightweight design, a combination we achieved by using lightweight mandrel-bent aluminum pipes in tandem with a high-quality, 3D-freeform-designed cast part for the more intricate shapes.

The entire ensemble is presented in an attractive black powder coating, giving it an appearance that matches its performance!

Please note that original parts are often designed for the power the car has at the time of delivery. If the power is increased over the original, your Y-pipe could prevent you from utilizing the full capacity of the engine. Thus, even with increased boost pressure/software upgrade/chipping, our Y-pipe will enhance performance!

The do88 performance Y-pipe is delivered as an all-in-one package with all the necessary components for assembly.

Why this made the Sone list? Stock Y pipes or charge pipes, are made of plastic. Under high load, they will shatter. The do88 quailty means better flow and OEM fitment. As a bonus, they added bungs for water meth injections which can be added later.
